Safari is Apple's free web browser which works for Mac OS X, Windows and now mobile phones.
Sync Bookmarks
Sync Bookmarks with .Mac
The easiest is solution is to get a .Mac account which lets you share bookmarks with any other copy of Safari (Mac, Windows & Mobile). The only catch is it only works with Safari. Period. If you stick with Safari for all your browsing this could be a great solution.

- Bookit — shareware bookmark organiser for Mac, cost $12.
- Address-O-Sync — freeware Address Book synchroniser for all computers on local network.
- Safari Depot — freeware application which lets you synchronise your Safari bookmark file between different Macs with a FTP or FTPS server. Might work for you but I couldn't get it to see my server.
